Hello friends have this Error in the ECM and need help to know where is the problem,because think is NOT the Turbo????
Error:
P00BD-07-Mass Air flow A circuit range-Air flow to high-Pending

P1247-00 :Turbocharger boost pressure  low-Permenent

P0235-94 :Turbocharger boost sensor A circuit -Pending

P22D2-77 :Turbocharger inlet valve stuck open-Permenent

P22CF-77 :Turbocharger inlet valve control circuit-Open-
Intermittent 

P22D5-92 : Turbocharger inlet valve position sensor circuit  range- Permanent

The codes suggest to me that the issue is with the secondary turbo inlet valve, also called fixed vane actuator. This is a vacuum controlled valve on the back of the secondary turbo, which when commanded by the PCM opens and allows exhaust gases to spin up the turbo. The valve is operated by the left (grey) (as far as i can remember) of the two vacuum solenoid valves mounted above bank 2 timing belt cover. The other solenoid valve operates the CSOV or compressor shut off valve which opens to allow the boost pressure from the secondary turbo into the engine. The CSOV is located near the rad pack 

The code that it the key to the fault is P22D2-77. This suggests the valve is being held open. Most likely cause is a faulty solenoid valve.

To confirm, I would advise you to check that the solenoid valve is NOT permanently supplying vacuum to the secondary turbo inlet valve if it is, it could be a PCM internal fault (quite rare but not unheard of) or the solenoid valve is stuck/failed internally (much more common) Vacuum should only be present when PCM commands for secondary turbo. To check this at idle speed, connect vacuum gauge to secondary turbo inlet valve end of the vacuum pipe, and start engine. No vacuum should be present (if it is, that is your fault so check solenoid is working and that PCM is not permanently grounding /supplying) Leave engine to idle and after 2 -3 mins vacuum should be seen. Now blip the throttle, vacuum should be dumped straight away, only to return after idling for another 2-3 mins.

Other thing to check if the above tests don't show up a problem

• The secondary turbo inlet valve wiring can also become damaged. It is a hall effect position sensor so check power ground and signal wiring back to PCM.
  

• Apply vacuum to turbo inlet valve and check it holds vacuum when you apply it and that you can hear/see it move (as it mounted on the back of the secondary turbo it is very difficult to see the valve moving)
  

The secondary turbo inlet valve can be purchased separatly without having to buy the whole secondary turbo. You should adapt it to the PCM with SDD once fitted though. If the valve was at fault then I would have expected to see code P22D3-77
