Hi!

Preparing for a retrofit of paddleshift on a E61 535D from 2007. 
Just want to make sure i wont be missing anything.

Do i need anything else but retrofit pin 12 + pin 13 from X1880 SZL to ebox pin 4 + pin 5 on X6031 and code "Paddles_wert02" in EGS?

Is the wiring prepared for the last bit of connection to EGS?

Correct, it is only two small cables for signaling the paddle action. But of course you need the correct steering wheel with corresponding paddles and corresponding multifunction keypads. Be sure to select right ones, cause there are different versions being not compatibel with all paddle shifters. Some do it by resistance (Ohm) and some by an open-close circuit. But signaling from SZL to e-box ist always the same.

In this case it is the push pull paddle option as from factory. Will be diving into it tomorrow.
