i have a renault kangoo year 2002
bosch ecu 0 281 010 502
eeprom 2404
 i tried to make immo off 
car started first time very well for 10 mins after i turn engine off it gives same problem ,can not started anymore

I found an instruction for your car. It should be an emulator and a suitably converted file from 24c04.

I think that in this ecu, you can use the trick of use a 24c16 with the immo off dump
and then connect the WP pin to vcc. This way the immo will not be rewritten.
