I only ever seen this message when connected to internet.

I never seen anything ever about licence when not connected to internet.

Disconnecting from internet solved my problem with the same issue, that's why I suggest it.

Because you did not have the issue , does not mean other may not.

You should change gasket between steering wheel and driver's seat.
It is better way to activate Rheingold.

I'm setting Ediabas srandar settings to use Dcan tool
But allways when I start the Rgeingold I need to go to VCI config to set it
Because it start as HO-ICOm/ENET local und ISIS network
Anyone has this problem as me?
Or how can I set it to keep my configuration for DCAN tool
