Please can some one help by making this EEprom virgin , Car is BMW F30 316 , 2013 

So i can program with ISTA P Later , 

ur help will be very appreciated

Hi ok I see get it 

the story is like that :

I give it to someone to do  a Mileage correction but after that the car wont start , he have done back up as he said which I attached here but even when I have used the back up to flashed back the car wont start and have no ignition ON nothing 

so I m thinking to make it virgin then to use ISTA P or ESYS to flash it back may be it will work 
please advise

check eeprom file my friend, i recently had same issue with a bmw f20

flash is not corrupted, mileage store in eeprom 95128, so its eeprom file is corrupted, i can share file with you, what is mhz of your key?

do you have comunication with fem on car or not? relays ticking? If you have backup restore eeprom and flash it on bench or on car..I repair one demaged by dp4 but there was no backup avalible

If you don`t have communication with vehicle then remove fem from vehicle, find eeprom 95128 its near processor and program new eeprom file i will give you, but you will need to do key programming pre-process then program key.
its a working file 868mhz.
