I can remove the post cat O2 easily, but your precat sensors are reporting mixture deviations which is most commonly from vacuum leaks, measuring systems, or fuel issues. Removing precat O2 will only make the car run worse. I highly recommend fixing the mixture problem if you want the engine actually last for some time.
