Thank you for your answer, but I have a problem, I only have a C drive, open the program prompt Package install directory dones not exist: F\ISTA_Store\Downloads
I created this folder on the C drive. Can I change this path? I am very sorry that I have been using the standalone version before, but the update is too much trouble and it hurts you.

Hello,
 
 if your e: drive is slow (e.g. USB Stick), it is normal.
 
The ISTA Launcher Console extract all needed files from E:\temp\ISTA_Store\Downloads to E:\temp\ISTA_Store\Temp. After this the console copy the database file from c: to e: and update the database files. At the end the program replace the database files on drive c: with the updated on drive e:
 
Drive e: has to manage a lot of large read/write and database operations.
It is faster if you have everything on c: (SSD).
