ZVW  DQ250 Flash File needed
Hi friends,

I need a flash file for DQ250 02E927770AD 2005
SW 0821

Altered with gear translation- relation from original gearbox HFQ (O2E) to SGH (02E).

So the gear translation must be taken from DQ250 02E927770AS  08.04.2016

Remarks:
- I have an excel with the gear translation differnces that I can send.

Any help will be appreciated very much wink

Cheers and nice day!

Luky

RE: DQ250 Flash File needed
Ok, I'll try to read the flash data from old DQ250 probably Thursday (as my car stands in a garage in another city).

I can not write it to the new DSG I think:
there was a communication problem with the new DQ250 (2016) either because of bad connection or because it is too new for the 2005 ECU.

Anyhow
- I'll try to send it here
- hope someone can send me a flash file.

Requirements:
 - works on above mentioned old (2005) DQ250, ECU (Original) and IMMO.
 - gear translation ratios for SGH (02E)

I don't need the old flash on the new mechatronic.
I need a mix from 2 flash files into 1 flash file ... see problem description above.

Thank you

I got further information from George from evosoft.

1. SGH gearbox actually is 09D ... NOT 02E  (seller fooled me)
2. pre defined ***map packs*** needed to take gear ratio.
3. file with map packs is ***0D9300042N***
4. VCP can NOT be used to flash bin files to SGH gearbox.

Professional flash builder needed for:

1. take ratio maps from above mentioned file.
[George]
2. In order to make a file for your ODIS few things must be done :
- Convert the SGO of your mechatronic into BIN.
- Convert the FRF from 0D9 into bin
- Extract the gear ratio from 0D9 , add them to 02E file.
- Convert the 02E file from BIN to SGO so you can flash with ODIS.
[\]

Can someone do that?

RE: DQ250 Flash File needed
I got the flash file as .bin and .hex ... and we tried to flash it with original (!) ODIS in official VW workshop (garage) with "programming (Offline)":

- the file was put to the Panasonic PC in Drive C / ODIS / datflash
- we got an (official) login code from the official VAG Import Company (AMAG Switzerland) which is needed for offline software programming.
- after entering the Login ( again this is needed because we need to use "programing offline" as we don't have an official flash file from VW )
- the process starts with the usual message "do not interrupt until finished" or similar
BUT THEN:
- progress stays on "0%" and doesn't move forward... even after 20 minutes.

Anyone any idea?

Thank you!!!!
