Yes with my CANCLIP v139 upon entering the chassis number it does pull up the vehicle details so it will diagnose it as its in the database, I cannot check further as I haven't got a ZOE also the DIALOGSYS on the web states:

Dialogys is a original factory software for Renault and Dacia vehicles.

It contains multilanguage spare part catalogues and service and repair manuals on one language only. This version is on French. See below for details.
