Hi,

Attempted to perform an I-Step update to my 2014 F30 today over esys and ran into some issues please assist.  I've been PMing with shawnsheridan but he was unable to assist.

So where I'm at right now is that I flashed the car but the HU_NBT was stuck in boot loader mode. Everything else appears to have flashed successfully as I have green check boxes next to each CAFD file. I ended up getting the HU_NBT to flash by deactivating HTTP-Transmission after 3 hours the swDeploy was completed. I did not do cdDeploy as I didn't realize that I needed to. I cleared the codes for the car and locked the ASCM module at which point the car starts, NBT loads properly and all error message are gone with the exception of the picture of the airbag flashing red in the gauge cluster. Looking at the CAFD files I noticed that there were none for the HU_NBT and did a cdDeploy and got this error:

SVK-Ist does not match expected SGBMIDs for ecu ECUId:HU_NBT_0x63. followed by all the swfl files for the HU_NBT.

I googled this and found a thread that talked about using HW-Is from SVTactual which I thought I did properly but I guess not.

At this point I'm about 10 hours in and at a total loss for what to do next. Can someone please help?

Did another TAL Calculation and came back with the attached screenshot. I'm doing the ibaDeploy now, hoping that cdDeploy will work after that is completed.

OK. So that resolved the issues with the HU_NBT and I was able to do cdDeploy. Only thing left is the restraint system light in the gauge cluster. I did do the ACSM_Verriegelung_schreiben for the reset but that didn't work. 

Thoughts?

Tool32 with acsm4.prg fixed the final issue. What a fun interesting day.
