PPeugeot  PSA Service Box & Diagbox
Hey all, I'm losing my head. I've been navigating the online service box for a few days and for the life of me I can't work it out.

I want to pay for the software and time as I have 2 Peugeots in that I need to work on and need DiagBox to diagnose.

I can't even find a place to lodge a ticket for support...

Can someone send me the "how to" instructions? Please?

Install your device driver package, connect with the car and with your computer, load Diagbox and if your device recognized you can start your session (of course first you must buy token).............
If Diagbox recognize your device but you not have any comms with any Ecu or only with engine Ecu then create support ticket and wait for response but the support from Psa and Actia is zero!!!!!!!

I have logged a ticket. Fingers crossed I get a response.

I have run the software with my CarDAQ+3 connected and when the VCI select box pops up the CarDAQ+3 lights up so I feel confident it's looking for the car. Fingers crossed.

Thanks for the reply, I'll keep this going and report my results.

So, no luck to date, I paid for 1 hour to see if Diagnostics would pop up as an option but no... screen shot attached.

I used my dealership code in Diagbox 9.50 and it worked but Global Test is grey'd out and I can't configure the VCI device as I can't find where to set up the device, help?

Looks like my CarDAQ +3 will not work with Diagbox either... I ran Toolbox identification and got an error 8 - I have logged a ticket with Drewtech.

Any suggestions?

Create other account on EU Country .. You cant see Diagbox Diagnostic order because on your Country you cant buy this type of service ..
