@Bossweb I don't have S0034. I have S0037. With 34 .... it's not problem to update...even it's S or P. Evereybody thinks that if you can update from 0034 ...you can update from other bigger version too.. That's wrong. S0037 ... has that issue.... Won't let you do any update. Nobody knows why ....

Before knowing that CFW 3663_1, I have updated other cars with versions S0034 / P0034 & S0037 / P0037 ... in all cases, I did the same process and the result was always perfect  wink

1. Upgrade Sxxx / Pxxx to P3634 (with or without BOSE)
2. Upgrade K3663
3. Patching CarPlay & Android Auto & Map License Lifetime

ZTAudi  RE: MHI2_ER_AU57x_P3634
Upgrading from S0037 to P0040, K2570, K2589, P3634 always failed. Update is starting and after 2 minutes of black screen MIB2 units restarts in original menu.

In pictures attached i can see the message after SD with 3663_1 is in slot SD1 and select Start Update.

RE: MHI2_ER_AU57x_P3634
The unit is stuck in SWDL state due to an interrupted update. Probably caused by a corrupted copied SD card. Need to clear some files from /HBPersistence/SWDL folder and it should work again.
If possible share a backup of your SWDL folder.

RE: MHI2_ER_AU57x_P3634
Something like
mount -uw /net/mmx/fs/sda0
cp -R /mnt/efs-persist/SWDL /net/mmx/fs/sda0/SWDLbackup
