Need a little help with EDC17C46 FOR Skoda Superb.

Original ECU same Part number was broken so i got a used ECU and made IMMO off. Now i have a problem. The radiator fan starts when i turn key on. High TEMP light flashing on cluster. Car starts fine no immobiliser errors. Fan still spinning full speed. 
VCDS read errors P0117 Coolant temp sensor, signal too low. Also P0112 Intake Air temp sensor too low. Replaced the sensors to check still the same. Tried this ecu on a Skoda Yeti Same error. Tried a Yeti ecu on the Superb no issues. So i Flash again with backup ori. Still same. With Immobiliser active code, its understandable. 
It there some hardware issue on the EDC17C46 of the superb? that can be repaired? Have 2 other EDC17C46 for parts.

HW has different numbers the block top right in the pictures. 

Unless all numbers the same you can have trouble, not always but more of the time than not.

Tomorrow i will try to do long coding on the ecu and check. If i write backup again and Adapt Immo online will it work?

Update
Tried long coding still no go. Conclusion that ECU is probably damaged.
Waiting for replacement.
Will update how it goes..
