That car has no FSC.

On CCC FSC is only used for voice recognition. That car has no such option hence no FSC is available for it. Navigation certainly does not require one on CCC.

your car didn t had the option of $620 Voice Control, therefore the FSC doesn't exist

I know that is only for voice  recognition. This is what is searching for. But anyway thank for your reply !

But you was asking for REPAIR fscs! Repair fscs are by definition those to obtain the state which the car was built in the factory. So you should ask is someone could make you a retrofit FSC, not repair.
I as I see it you have two choises:
1. Someone is able to make fake FSC, certificate, etc, but I never heard someone to do that for CCC though.
2. Buy official retrofit FSC from BMW.
