Hello, i decided to upgrade to win10 in past never had any problems with all windows versions and had installed to many computers now i encounter problem with message  , failed to start ista please make sure your ista configuration is valid
All redist from 2005 to 2017 are installed
Net framework by default installed on Win10
tryed reg fixes, rcleaner, editing entries in istagui.exe.config
other releases, im always used spider releases never had any problems, btw all archives extracted using 7zip
host file are clear, im tryed almost all type of fixes on forum
Im adding also logs, any ideas?

try adding update net frameworks 4.72.and all related win updates

its already installed, btw windows is updating everytime no problem with updates
so i forget to say, it have worked for few days after that few days this problem started i didnt do anything

And how to solve this? i think it may be problem with registry as i know all info about lincese held in registry, true?
