i downloaded sdp again with megasync and same problem. stops everytime at 63% installing Strange!!!

No idea. Try completely reinstall. And check the storage space again.

Start from v4.17.10 FULL and all DELTA's. Or you find newer FULL.

You must del "SWIData"="4.xx.xx" in registry, bevor reinstall.
