Audi A6 C7 Gateway
Hello all. To me came car with no ignition. We found dead gateway. Now we connect new used gateway from other car, and ignition all systems works for now, but all units have component protection. And I can't understand why all units have cp if I only changed gateway, by the way gateway too have cp. If I remove cp only from gateway and adapt to the car, cp will disappear from other units (abs,bcm,kombi etc...) ???

Thats normal ,if you change gateway you must remove CP from all modules.

Hi I changed Airbag module and got Component Protection. Is anyway/diag tool for desactivate it??

U need odis and a dealer account to remove the component protection from it, i offer such service via TeamViewer, just minimum requirements is vas5054
