please help repair mini cooper FRM not comunicate with diagnostic and power windows not working

This is the "P" flash, you need read "D" flash and we can restore it to "Ee"!

A question about repair.  D-Flash is clear, there are enough programmers that can fix it and after that the FRM runs again. 
But how do you solve the problem so that it does not occur anymore?  Because it is a software problem

Then the process would be for plug & play installation but D-flash repair, read the existing encoding, flashing, import the coding?

i use vvdiprog only have eeprom and p-flash i try with xprog not reading it seems mcu is encrypted how to read d-flash
