i think that in the the config xml are to remove win 7 ......i mean the line ....then to repack the installer with the modified xml.....and maybe same changes in postsetup. then in installation 5054 can be selected and all configuration installed. because 5054 is supported only in w7.but if removing the lines in xml then no restriction for 5054 in w10.
