Case 695st stop lamp and unknown icon

Hi people! bachoe loader Case 695 st 2012
I need some help on identification of dash icon! i know that stop lamp means limp home but we made dpf off programming for bosch edc17c49 and i dont know what does mean icon on photo and errors ive searched in manual there is nothing like that/ i pluged dpa5 cnh est there is no errors on eng vcm and trans ecu's/ please advise what to do next to me!

You sure the DPF OFF file is correct?
Engine is in limp?
Those errors were active before?
