psa interface reflash or no ?
i have interface that in psa interface checker shows v4.2.1 @ actia 28.01.09
reference 963830 B it works good with diagbox 7.02 should i reflash him to C or leave it alone ? |

If it's working well why to reflash it.
The reason to reflash it is that you cannot use that "B" serial in the newer versions of Diagbox after v5.29 Good luck |

Diagbox higher than 7.02 works as long as serial number is not blacklisted. It can be any revision.

Hi, If I'm not mistaken, long ago I remember you mentioned about this somewhere. When you say "serial number", is it meant "041327" on the image and not the "Reference Serial" (ex. 921815 C/ or B/) as seen on the Interface checker ? But the problem could be that many users are not aware what the serial number of their VCI is and if known and want to change, it needs to be done on bench and I think the "VCI updater" won't do this. |
