Please can someone help.  I keep getting error (1.2)-2.503.9913 on DAS.  

I am running 03.2019 version on win7 32bit with an sdconnect C4. Network IP address is fine.   

Will replacing the bin folder with a working one sort the issue out?  If so, please can someone provide me the original DAS bin folder for 03/2019

Update your sd
Make sure you have fresh battery inside mux
1-open sdconnect administration (right-click on the icon in the taskbar)
2-go to "software update" you will see a list of files, run the following file one by one
3-01_bootimage_2_3
4-02_CSD_2_10
5-02_CSD_2_11
6-03_PmPic29_Cpld13

Great, I'll try that. Hope its not too silly a question, but it does have to be rechargeable batteries?...I assume it will be, but if I can get away with normal batteries, it'll save me having to go and buy some

Yes, they have to be, but most of the clones mux are not fully made to support batteries...
