2013 BMW F10 

I installed a map update 2019-2 and inputted in the Activation code, everything going well finished at 100% head-unit restarted but wasn't showing map on the screen and was in constant reboot loop.

Had an issue with idrive reboot before and flashing to latest version using esys cured it so i thought i would try that.

I have the latest PSDZ FULL data and using esys 3.33.1 using ENET cable.

Went through the flashing process ist, soll, tal etc etc Chevck Software availability no issues. Click start

It goes through everything fine but then gives me the following error:

Problem during HTTP softwareupdate occured! Update failed description: Errorstatus: UPDATE_ERROR; errorcode HTTP-server:0; Linkname: HU_NBT_63_ETHERNET_63 severity: Error

I have tried flashing twice and this issue. Originally when i tried flashing it came up with an error of disk medium (there was a disc in the drive) removed it and started it again and came up with the above error. then tried once more but still gave me error above. When flashing on second time it gave me error with tal calculation so i used original saved files for soll and tal and tried again with same issue

I have tried to use ICOM but this wont connect to esys ( i have used itool radar and reserved the IP and put IP in ICOM/ethernet field in esys) I think maybe car needs time to shut down in order for me to connect again.

Any help with this is greatly appreciated. i will have the car back in a couple of days for a few hours to work on again.

Your NBT probably got stuck in flashing mode. Can you try, just with cdDeploy option selected, and see if it jolts it out of flashing mode? Uncheck VCM and MSM update

SOLVED

Managed to get this working after hours of trying. 

For anyone else with this issue all i did was downgrade my esys from 3.33.1 to 3.27.1 and it updated perfectly. Only took 27 minutes.

I used an ENET cable and used the original FA and soll files to create a tal and just updated the HU NBT by choosing blFlash, swDeploy, cdDeploy and ibaDeploy.

All sorted. Hope this helps someone else!
