Cut new key put your file in key maker and program transponder
By the way what tool you have ?

Your dump is good
Use zed bull with effi software upload dump
And make transponder tpx1
And save new file write new file to eeprom and start car if you don't have effi use zed soft it accept the file and need tpx1
Or post transponder data 4c
Tiris data and eedata i can help you put key in file
