There was the same problem.
I had to change the ACSM unit.
This version can not flash G11 Gb30

Is it still readable in Ista? You have to flash it with older version again...if it is still readable

ISTA 4.18.32 Release Information:
"4. NEW: Programming failure ACSM5 in G12, G30 built before 07/2017: new Execution break with fallback 19-03-560. Solution with 4.18.33 (Rollout expected beginning of August )"
