Passat B5.5 will not connect to Mpps or Galletto v13
Hi Guys,
Ive had good success using the Mpps and Galletto on my A4 b6 1.9, However my Mrs Passat b5.5 will not read at all no matter what i do, pulled fuse for dash and still no joy, Any ideas? |

which year of passat and motor
before 2000r passad have ECU MSA15 and can't read ecu only by change of memory 2 chip HHH and LLL |

Its a 2003 AWX from what i can tell it should be edc15? im at a loss

yes it's edc15
I had such a problem but i solved by read on table with galletto with pin connected to ecu |

no need tricore cable for that
just connect pin from ecu to OBD plug with power ODB 7pin Kline, 4pin GND, 16pin 12v |

Hello I have same passat 2003 with awx engine and mpps16 reads it fine with no dash fuse pull ecu is edc15p
