Xentry 2019/07 and eCOM

YTMercedes  Xentry 2019/07 and eCOM
Hello dear cartechnology enthusiasts,

I wanted to ask help in configuring eCOM to be working with latest Xentry 2019/07 XDOS. 
SDConnect C4 works fine.
If I set the IP for eCOM as 169.254.255.1 for example, it is recognized by Toolkit, but VIN and vehicle data are not read successfully. Changing PDUAPI_I+ME_ACTIA_XS.ini file also doesn't seem to help, as I understand it is only for older Xentry versions.

Could somebody advise? Thanks and rep guaranteed!

Yes so far doesn’t seem there is any free solution for ecom config on 2019/07 xentry
