ZVW  VW Caddy 1.9 TDI
Hello
I have the following problem with a 2007 VW Caddy 1.9 TDI with a DSG gearbox
Was done :
engine and gearbox oil changes
Timing belt replaced and set Torsion Value to -0.5KW
EGR removed in ecu software
cleaned intake manifold with all the components on it
Issue
If the car is in place for more than 10 seconds, for example, at a traffic light it will not accelerate for about 5 seconds as if it is choking and spewing a lot of black smoke, then it ejects a cloud of smoke as it breaks trough and goes normally and does not smoke at all.
If it stops for 2-3 seconds it goes normal or if I turn off the car and start the car wil drive normally and it does not smoke
I noticed now that the nozzle number 2 is quite different from the others and that the injection duration is higher than it is by specifications

RE: VW Caddy 1.9 TDI
I've never used this for replacing timingbelt on PD engines... And if you do the replacement correctly, then you don't have other problems. Think you got something else to think about.
Post pics of your nozzle measurements. There's problem when one or several injectors are bad

RE: VW Caddy 1.9 TDI
Injector on cyl 2 is out of range, but not very much. Would tried to replace that and adjust all injector to correct measures...
Is there any fault code in ECU or DSG?
