Hi guys,

Anyone of you here have experienced gear shift delay from Reverse to Drive? As i know this car is equip with second gen 0b5 dsg gearbox. I tested the same think on a A7 MY14 3.0tfsi with same second gen 0b5 gearbox as well. Seems like the A7 doesn't have the delay at all. I did a readout from ODIS for both car and you can see the different. Is this due to software issue? anyone here can help?

Have you checked oil level? May be your gearbox need servicing /flushing

yupe. everything is fine. in fact the car runs fine other than this delay when u are in reverse shifting to drive. no fault nothing. just curios does other A5 behave this way? or is there a different software for this.

From the video u can see the on the A5 when u are in R the gear actuator 1-3 jumps to N while in the A7 when u are in R the gear actuator 1-3 still maintain in 1.
