Check the VID/PID first
If it is old one 0403/4F50 you should try opcom china clone 2010 or erlier versions.

What to see in your pics?
From the pics it seems to be a good china clone Revision B. That's all.
The information you have to check it in the Properties of the OPCOM USB driver in Device Manager. You can do this even the drivers wasn't installed.
Or maybe you need to install them manually if automatically wasn't possible.

I managed to find a driver, but instead of updating from "the folder" in the device manager, I used another procedure and selected the exact file from the driver folder following a tutorial in youtube whose name is "installing opcom windows 10" or something like that

How i know win10 have another procedure but vid/pid you can found in hardware id in device manager (where is your opcom maybe unknow device?)
