Hello companions, I need tuning for this car, I don't have a winol and Edm Titanium, I don't have a driver, anyone can help me out with stage 1

companion I can not record the file these eeprom can be recorded on top or do you have to buy new ones?

And if you have to put new ones?

partner this stage 1 does not work well the car does not exceed 3000rpm is going very bad
