Go to control panel/java/
After the java box opens select view under temporary internet files.
After box opens select EPC & press the small green circle with white arrow.
Did EPC open?
Do the same for WIS .
Did WIS open?

I860 previously you posted a screen win7 with EWA installed with an error. Now you are posting something else.
Which stage are you in exactly?
Don't create confusion. Stay in one place so we sort out the problem

During installation i have this error http://imgur.com/a/aKeR0#0 , i can install only if i stop the process for tbmux32.exe from task manager if not the installation will not pass 14 from 18.
I post this error thinking about not been able to log in the data base, this

Firstly......Before anything else....
Open elevated command prompt(run as administrator) & run SFC/SCANNOW command. Wait let it scan & repair system files.

Did that... Still have the error during installation but now I can log in. I start installing epc on w7 10%. Fingers crossed

Secondly download CCleaner. Its a free registry cleaner. Install & scan & clean your registry.
Scan computer with Antiirus. The conhost can be a malware masking as genuine "conhost"
After that turn off antivirus & try installing.
That is if your EPC fails to install

Genuine Conhost,exe is located in C:\Windows\System32 .
Check if you have it in C:\Documents and Settings, if it is there it is a malware.
Check if you have it in C:\Program Files , if it is there it is a malware
Check C:\Windows, if it is there it is a malware.

go to control panel/programmes & features. See if it is in the list of installed applications. If it is there use CCleaner to uninstall it, it is a malware. After uninstalling scan registry & clean it

& of course let me know how is EPC installation going on

Thank you, i did a scan under windows with Avast and no problems, as we speaking the installation is at 24%.
