Press enter after you have inserted your VIN. If you have pressed enter & nothing happens then there is a mistake in your VIN #

Nothing happens on epc when i put my vin and press enter ( vin nr is correct ) on wis i don't have any problem with vin nr. Also on xp epc is recognising my vin number...

I860 lets do a test......open WIS enter your VIN/enter. On the left you will see icons. Press the EPC & wait until EPC opens. Did EPC recognise your VIN? From the pic you send it looks as if EPC is not recognising the VIN #.
Try also this VIN & see if it will recognise it WDC1631542A142566 Art

As you can see only wis recognise the vin nr. From wis i open epc and still no recognising of the vin. Also in xp epc ( epc can not see my vin or any vin's) is not working, sorry for my previous post.

Open admin tool as administrator. Go to EPC & check if databases are running , press "start EPC database" if it is stopped
