Or......You have the EPC 09.2013 version....Update it & lets see what happens....Latest EPC update is 04.2014 Art

Try 01.2014. If you manage then 04.2014.
The other option is to uninstall & start from 0. Art

Post your mac id again. Let me generate a new key. If the key is 100% you don't have to do anything concerning access authorisation. It will happen on its own. Both EPC & WIS will be workshop access authorisation.....

On WIS i can get the data card ok, only on epc i have that error.
