The ICOM needs reset and update ICOM A1/A2 firmware with ISTA-D. That how I updated my ICOM P, or use Actia ICOM Manager with correct bin file to update. |

I assume that it is the same as NEXT with only different firmware. If you don’t mind disassembling, then take photos of the board on both sides. Perhaps it can be changed to NEXT by changing the serial number |
