FORD j2534 FLASH ERRORS
Trying to flash tcm on ford Focus, keep on getting errors. From what I understand pin 13 of obd connector should get 18 volt FEPS voltage which i dont seem to get. I have flashed fords with this interface before with no problems. Is there certain pattern to this voltage , and can I add external 18v supply.

RE: FORD j2534 FLASH ERRORS
You should be able to add an external voltage, BEFORE the ECU is powered up. Follow the procedure below exactly.
FEPS 0v FEPS 18v (battery voltage should work) Turn ignition OFF Wait 3 seconds Turn ignition ON Perform security unlock within a few seconds Do programming FEPS 0v Turn ignition OFF It is advisable to have a power supply connected to keep a constant voltage above 13V. If someone took the time to help you, the least you can do is take a few seconds and press two buttons!
