E60 530d engine stalls around 3,5k rpm
I've got a problem with my BMW E60 2003 3.0d. When i try to speed up quickly engine stalls around 3,5k rpm. Pressure on rail drops to 0. Voltage on fuel pump also drops to 0V. I've changed fuel pump and ekps module and still problem exists. Do you know what's going on?

This seems like intentional cutoff by DDE. Strange that there are no error codes after that. Did you use ISTA to check codes?

I would log live to see what happens with fuel pressure and power supply to pump around that time it happens.

RE: E60 530d engine stalls around 3,5k rpm
Is it possible to save logs? All i saw in ekps is 0v on terminal15 and voltage drops to 0 on fuel pump, turn off and turn on ignition, the car starts and everything is ok, like nothing happend untill 3,5k rpm
of course, pressure on rail drops too, but when fuel pump is not working i'm not surprised about that |

If you use Testo for BMW, you can.
It uses all the EDIABAS/ Tool32 protocols and it can save it. |
