[Ecutech]

Hello,

This car is one step away from having petrol poured over it and set fire to it.

Original ecu was damaged by a voltage spike, all chips!

Immobox is still ok. Managed to program and add new transponder.

Second hand ecu, i'm unable to reset it, even with security access with tis/tech2. Tech 2 says ecu is already programmed. I flashed it with sps. The vin number of the ecu now matches the immobox from flashing with sps.

Even tried entering a different vin with sps programming, then going into tech2 to reset the ecu, but get the same error.

Now i need immo off on this ancient stupid ecu. Is it even possible? 


Chip is am29f010. Odd thing is i have found a dump online and doing a compare of this dump against the one in the new ecu is the same, so it does not look like any immo data is even stored in there, neither is the vin!

There is another chip on the ecu pcb marked 50610 9840n. 8 leg. Is this where the data is stored? If so what chip is this?
