program ecu abs - Error 31: Request out of range - Coding Rejected
I need to change the abs module on audi A4 2012 (8K0)
original module has the reference 8k0 907 379 CH the used is 8k0 907 379 CE. When I try to do the encoding (original is 16DD4C and used is 161DCC01) from me Error 31: Request out of range - Coding Rejected. Workshop code 06335 Importer Number - I tested several values ... Equipment Number - I tested several values ... |

RE: program ecu abs - Error 31: Request out of range - Coding Rejected
ABS in B8 has no CP ..
The problem here is that new module is not the same as the old one ,has different software version and the coding might be not the same. Even the number of bytes is not the same. I would try : 16DD4C01 |

RE: program ecu abs - Error 31: Request out of range - Coding Rejected
For ABS if I remember well a user has coded the module with Odis-e successfully. Has some additional selections that are only available with Odis-e. If you fail with VCDs try Odis-e. There was a thread....

RE: program ecu abs - Error 31: Request out of range - Coding Rejected
Odis-e will do the job, it has some options on coding section and makes it easier to code, especially now that you have factory coding. You can wow it on odis-e and check in which byte there is the out of range.
ABS doesn't have CP till now |

it will not work, it must be a letter equal to or greater than yours. You have the hardware number?
