Hey there!

I am above tuning a BMW X6 40d xDrive 2011 with around 190.000 km.
Currently it has a "commercial" Stage 2, which doesn't look to work all good I would like it to.

I was averaging about 9l/100 km before touching anything at all on the car. After delete DPF, EGR, it immediately dropped like 0,5l (not sure, cause I didn't use it much because of DTC light), and it felt like more instant responsive (not necessarily faster, but that feel). The day after removing everything, we tuned it, and it became a little bit more smoky (just a bit, still on the limit of opacity), but fuel economy looks to be about 0,3/0,4l less than stock. Nothing relevant... Supposely about 100 Nm and 50 hp extra (no Dyno, was broken), which was less than what they originally told us (Idk if they decided to try to do it "different")

I am looking forward to get a new file and flash it myself with the Kess I ordered, cause they already provided me the original file, which is attached below (pass: miguelang611 )

The ECU data I saw:

EDC17CP45 (BMW X6 40d xDrive 2011 - 190.000 km)
HW 0281018320
SW 1037515071
OPA 000008517016
ODA 000008518266

What I am looking for is:
-Maximum torque from the lowest possible rpm (best economy for cruising possible)
-Antilag, the point isn't that 10 hp extras, but less lag when putting foot down
-Cold engine protection, limit amount of power and rpm under no load (just an idea...)
-No Vmax
-No limit of 4000 rpm under no load, limit to 5500 rpm
-No smoke (if nothing, as stock with no DPF, much better), at least under no load, which is as it is tested on inspection

All in all, just as I have seen on Internet about other tunes on these N57S engines:

Overall 400 hp and 780/800 Nm torque (extra 20% to stock) awaiting for 10/15% better fuel economy (this is priority)

PS2: I would also be interested on having a stock file with just DTC deleted, cause so far looked to work the best

What do u mean? Primary goal as I said is reducing fuel consumption, that is is why I took out the DPF and EGR. The power is secondary figure. I prefer 350 Hp with 15% less consumption than stock than 400 Hp and 8% less consumption (just an example, don't take the numbers into account)
I am also thinking on improving the air filter and make a custom one, this is stock:

As I said, most usual regime is 1500-2200 rpm, on 8th cruising, then that is where it should be the biggest improvement on torque (or at least that is what I think) (for best fuel economy possible)

I will try as soon as I get the Kess v2 tool (maybe tomorrow or Friday, but mostly on next week).
However, my prior is fuel economy, could you make a file with just that? (Other things are secondary)

I was reading again... Do you mean did you just modified the rpm and Vmax or also donde the change for fuel economy?

Yeah, I just received it and checking Kess v2 seems that it won't work
Is there any alternative not very pricey? MPPS v18?
I saw original Kess v2 now supports Tricore by OBD, but that is not the case...
