How can we help you with software if we don't know the details of the radio you wish to decode?

try 3197.......... if ok, you could look for standard Blaupunkt calculator, posted here.

I see radio is blocked... probably need to leave radio switched on until reset.. failing this read eeprom & reset counter.

if that code 3197 is wrong try 8393 OR 0393 !!!

Have a look through the radio dump calculators thread.. there's serial number calculators there... the CalcGen program does the Blaupunkt Standard Algo as well.
