Hi,
I have tried to correct the hotstar problens and delete egr on a Audi A3 1.9tdi 105hp Bkc but after load the file modified with kess the car didnt start i have loaded the original final again and the car starts again!

Can anyone have a look on the files to see what its wrong

Thank you for the reply and the file, but i would like to know if you found something wrong in my file, because it takes almost an hour to copy the file and I would like to avoid one more scare if the car dosen´t start...

usually the problem is in the car not the file   and this car is written in 4 to 8 minutes

Hi,

Maybe a shouldnt set the minimum speed on Kess... starts with 1:20 and then recuces to 50min

But if the car starts with original file the file should have some problem.

The problem is in the file. From 0 to 450 rpm there is no inj quantity( 70 degrees to 100). Check again 9X9 maps.
For this car you can use VCDS to correct hot start

Security Access >> 12233 >> Adaptation >> Ch 01 >> write value 100 (Zero original)>> do it
