Hi,

When I try to use FSTool to load FSC in a new CHAMP2 (Mini R56 LCI), it works correctly for the 1B application, but when I enter a different application (24, 46 or 8E) in the parameters, every command fails with error 10802.

I have FSTool v2.0.2.1 and installed it by extracting it to c:\temp, running the CarServer install bat (and executing the installer), then running the FSTool installer bat and edit the JAVA_PATH (I have java 1.5) and I start it using the generated desktop shortcuts (first carsever, then FSTool)

I don't think it is an issue with the installation, because everything works fine if I choose application 1B (read/write VIN, read/write FSC, sig and cert and activating it). I was even able to enter a map update code. But the navigation is still grayed out.

What am I doing wrong?

Just a follow-up for anyone finding this thread with the same issue. I tried the original CHAMP2 and it behaved exactly the same, reading or writing FSCs or VIN with Application other than 1B was not possible using FSTool v2.0.2.1

In the end, I decided to use different software. I couldn't find a working version of CIC Special Service Utility, and Dr.Gini B022 needs activation but Dr.Gini's inbox is full, so those were out (even though they should be able to do the job)
In the end, I decided to try Dr.Gini B014 and that version does not need activation. That version worked flawlessly without any setup and I could just upload and check the FSCs without problem.
