ZVW  MIB2 change country
Hi guys,

Because of this forum, I learned a lot of things.

Hopefully someone can help me with my mib 2.

I have imported VW Golf 7 GTI from Canada and mib 2 part number was 3G0 035 047, but because car was flooded the mib2 is broken.
I bought on ebay mib 2 with part number: 3G0 035 043 A. Now my question is, is it possible to change region from Europe to US/Canada, because when I turn on radio, I got Passat car on screen, also auto parking doesn't work.

Tools I have available:
VCDS,
VAS with Odis 4.3.3 (with online login).

Thank you in advance.

Hi,

I did adaption, but it gives me error: wrong part number.

One "dirty" adaption is:
Edit the E2P, change partnumber, and readapt the unit with SVM.
Erase mnand0 map-DB and reinstall by SWDL.

Do you have any step by step guide on this "dirty" adaption ?

Won’t work without patched system.
