XRoles  ISTA-P Help for a newbie
Hi,

First post from a newbie.



I was updating the software on my dads r56 Mini Cooper s.

I wasn’t watching and my laptop went into sleep mode! (Stupid error I know)

It was halfway through programming the BO module.  Now it’s bricked so the radio etc isn’t working.

I’ve read that their is a way to recover this situation.   I’m only new to this and I’ve joined the forum to ask for help because I’m struggling.


Can anyone help me?

Yes you can try to recover it with icom preferably most connection but also dcan will work... if ista p fail try to recover in nfs emergency mode.

Have you tried to start new session with ISTA-P and see if it detects aborted programming and offers to continue?

Yes I tried this.  Problem is with the 2rad module

Then NCSexpert
I can’t get NFS to work properly
