Hi guys,
Desoldered 24c64 eeprom from instrument cluster, read it with miniPro programmer. Read it ok. 
The reason was to add a key because all keys were lost. Now, when we connect the cluster to power, it shows "Err" instead of kilometers.
Attached dump. Can anyone tell me what to do change in the dump to get it working again?
The car is not here, I only have instrument cluster. Eeprom dump here is original. Desoldered, read it and put back. Then error occured and I did the same: desolder, read, write original file back on eeprom (just in case), put it back, still error.

Is it possible someone before me tried odometer adjustment and failed? Or how can I see / erase dtc's in this original dump file?

main question, did cluster show ERR before you desodler epp or not ?
if you restore EPP , and still show ERR.... could be :
EPP was damage by someone
your epp programmer not read correct and now you only have "bad" epp as backup

as above did you remove the dashboard and check what was displayed before removal? if not im afraid your on a sticky wicket unless customer owns up.

main reason why I stopped doing dashboards when customers bought them to me. even if you power them up when you receive them they still don't believe you didn't do it.

I think immo Data Are damage in dump

Write a good immo Data in and reset cluster
