ok than buy an vag pd with edc15/edc16 and search for damos for it, than buy an good stage 1 map at tuner and try with small steps how it works, remapping ecu is an process what you learn over years, not overnight. Also what do you need: tuning-tool, diagnostic software in best case an car test bench.
