My original ECU failed and I have replaced with a 2nd hand ECU and loaded a IMMO files to Flash.

Car starts and everythings is working.

The problem is the Info Screen displays "Engine Immobiliser fault" and the "Service" message on the dash is displayed.

I do not have the original file from the ECU.
Is it possible to inject the BSI PIN into the attached file? CP37

Is it possible to virgin the ECU?

I have tried a few programs to inject the PIN without success as the BIN is the wrong file size. 512k and not 1024k.

Forgot to mention the ECU is a three plug. Engine runs fine, only fault is the DTC message.

Would appreciate some advice or help.

I have a same problem . had to remove immo from edc15c2 on picasso via flash and eeprom (wouldnt read flash via obd till eeprom file was changed with programmer)
anyway problem is guy lost insides of key including transponder . now car runs but has same error for immobilizer . if reading pin from bsi then adding a new transponder to car a cure for the fault ?
