Hello,looking to get my 320d remapped,car is currently running alpina d3 software ,dpf is out but not removed from software ,egr blank installed.
Turbo is exhaust 1749v intake 2260
injector nozzles from bmw 535d installed ,car was working better on stock so i can get them back if needed
intercooler 530d
clustch from 330d and flywheel
currently i can drive car normally only for few minutes and then car will run into limp mode and lose power ,not sure if its caused because of dpf filter or overboost ,maybe i need to upgrade stock map sensor ?
looking for around 250 hp

I drive a Setup like yours with actually 311HP and 600NM. But i dont think that you find someone for free. it take a lot of time to make a tune like this. Alpina software is not the best choise but ok. Read your fault codes out. Turbo is to big for 250HP. And there is a Limit for you Pistons. When you drive 1 Time over the Limit you Pistons break.
Your Intercooler is to small. 530D is not bigger as your original Intercooler.

Thanks for your answers ,after speaking with my mechanic he told me he actually made turbo from BMW 530d 2003 intake but exhaust side from 1749v so he can keep my stock exhaust ,he told me this turbo is as strong as 2260 if not stronger
Intercooler has around 20% bigger capacity than my stock ,it's from 2003 E60 530d
Not sure why he told me it's hybrid 2260...

I did a bit of research ,my car now has same setup as alpina d3 except my turbo has 60mm intake wheel and alpina has 56mm... I think 60mm is too much for my turbine but that's what I have for now...I think this setup should push 230-250 hp easy with a proper remap ,so basically now I need a stage 1 remap

No you need no stage 1 Remap. Your Flow Sensor cant mess more then 240HP and your car have Faults in Turbosystem... You need to fix this and then someone can make a Tune.

And no dont have a setup like D3! D3 have better Pistons, bigger FMIC and bigger Boostpipes.

I had the 535D FMIC in my car. And its only good for 230-240HP. And the 535D FMIC is bigger as your 530D. These are only Tips. The M47 with 250HP and more is not easy. 1 little Misstake and you blow the Engine or the Turbo.

Everything seems to be fine ,actuator is aligned good ,I think it's running boost error because of overboost ,I am running stock map sensor 3 bar ,maybe I need to upgrade ,can someone check my map and see what is max boost if it's not too much time consuming ? Thanks in advance
And damos files for edc16c35 would be nice ,then maybe I can check myself
