Hello!

I'm having an issue finding a protocol/car. I've tried Ksuites 2.35, 2.37, 2.41 and 2.43 and they all seem to have Chevrolet Tahoe as an option (the car I'm looking to modify), but that car is completely missing for me in Ksuite 2.47 which came on CD with my KESS.

When I attempt to use 2.35 through 2.43, I keep getting the EEFFACE error when I connect the KESS. However, connecting the KESS with 2.47 works fine. But the catch is like I said, 2.47 is completely missing the car and protocol.

Older Ksuites than 2.35 (i.e. 2.21 and 2.23) also reads the KESS just fine, but those are too old to include the protocol I need.

I'm using KESS v2 5.017 red PCB (I believe it's the EU version). I'm not sure why I'm getting the EEFFACE error on older versions, as I've checked the SD card, and it's clearly reading it OK in older versions and 2.47.

Specifically, I'm looking for Chevrolet Tahoe/Protocol 584/AC Delco E38, which I've read in numerous places was added starting in 2.35 and supported in 5.017 firmware. But for the life of me, I can't figure out a) why the car is missing in 2.47, and b) I'm unable to use older versions that might work for me. It can't be the SD chip if it reads OK in other versions? Can anyone else confirm if this is missing in Ksuite 2.47?

I've attached some screenshots comparing what I see in 2.35, 2.43, and 2.47. It's also missing Suburban and SS.

Any ideas??
